Mod suggestions

Heyy everyone so after not playing for months i suddenly have that urge again to play the sims i just bought the new EP and have been cleaning out my mods folder and really wanted to add some new ones i have downloaded some already but  i thought maybe anyone here has some suggestions bc everywhere i look online they recommend the same couple of mods lol but i’m curious to see what are the mods you can’t play without 

for me my number one is home regions by kuttoe being able to decide where townies can and can’t travel too is a lifesaver and adds so much immersion i hated seeing sims from willow creek just casually strolling about in sulani i also don’t travel my sims to any world i want i’ve divided the worlds into regions and they can only travel outside of a region through vacation or else i find it so immersion breaking lol
