Mod to Stop Part-Time Salary Increase

Hi Simmers!

Does anyone know if there's a mod that caps the salary for Part-Time jobs?
My sims who work part-time are getting paid ridiculously high ($70 an hour). And they keep getting pay raises. I'd like to stop that from happening.
