I'm not @rosemow (she's nicer and prettier than me) but that sounds like it could be bad CC. Remove your mods folder and delete the localthumbcache and see if you can start the game without crashing. You could roll back to a save from before you installed the CC to be on the safe side (and to avoid nekkid Sims), then gradually test the CC to see if you can figure out what's causing the problem.
