[MOD/CC RELATED] My sims have no faces/Just Teeth visible

Hello, I recently re-downloaded Sims 4 I have no problems before with this game apart from the disappearing clothes section etc but that I’ll get on to in a second my main consern at the moment is my sims literally have hair etc accept they have NO FACE just teeth? It’s like the face is invisible but the teeth are still showing? I’m in the middle of repairing my game not like there is much to repair since I’ve just re downloaded it I have no CC or saved sims it’s completely new, then there is the disappearing traits and clothing skin eyes etc section... anyone know how to fix this?

Its kind of hard to explain but basically i just finished downloading a bunch of cc, and i open my game and go to cas and it randomizes to male, so i pick the female option because i think female sims are easier to make and it loads in eventually and the face is just gone, and there's hair but no eyes mouth nose or skin on the face it is just a pair of floating teeth. so i exit my game and and re open it and im having the same issue, so i turn my cc off and the issue is gone but then i turn it back on and the same issue is happening. i create a game and the face re apears when the zoom is far away but when i zoom back in it happens again.
btw this is happeining w all my females from teen to elder

Hi for anyone that is having the no face issue in the sims 4 game, it is a cc issue. What ever CC you have in your game that removes EA's eyelashes is what is causing the no face issue. Mine was the ]Kijiko] Remove-EA-Lashes mod and also all of the eyelashes from that creator is having issues right now unless they have updated their CC, so check to see if there is an update for what mod creator you used to Remove EA Lashes and either take that CC out of your game or go get the updated version.
Shout out to Officially Zy on YouTube for the help on finding the issue with the no face in the Sims 4. I just googled Sims 4 faces or missing and her YouTube video from 2 years ago popped up with the answer yes it's one of her old videos but she is explaining how to fix the no faces in your game go check her out guys she is good and know her stuff. I hope this helps.

what ended up being the three files? not posting the help part of your resolution in a help forum was an interesting choice
