Modded game not loading

I was playing my game completely fine yesterday but when I loaded up today it noticed it was taking a while so I went to force quit and it said not responding. The game does this every time and won't load up. I feel like I've followed every forums tips and ive still had no luck. I use mods//cc but these are all updated to the current patch. 

I did the sims 4 back up reset and reloaded without my mods, tray and saves folder and it loaded immediately which would point at a mod problem. The minute I put any single cc item literally just one thing the game doesn't load and stays in not responding again. 

This I've done so far:

Origin reset tool

repaired game

50/50 adding mods back in 

repaired / updated game

updated mods

updated Mac and is running on latest update

tried on another Mac user 

I'm playing on a MacBook Air M1 chip on Sonoma 14.2.1
