Yes I am using mods and cc. I took a few mods out that I thought would be the issue but I still cant see the male characters in edit game or in the actual game.

@pajamas619 Take them all out.

If you saved, they will stay gone.

EDIT: Thought it might be the same issue as last time but re-reading it's just in invisibility issue for you ? Are you using height sliders ?
