@Dreeaa97 I've tested your save. It works fine for me without anything in the mods folder. Have you now tested with a vanilla folder ? Just simply renaming your folder and start the game (everything will be gone, it's in your backup folder), then start a new save and check CAS.
Then report back if your males are still invisible in CAS. Do not add anything back just yet from your backup folder. Just these simple steps.

@crinrict So just make a back up folder rename it and then restart the game ? i had a couple back ups but i deleted them. i’ll do that again though.

So:
1. Rename \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
2. Start the game
3. A new folder will be created in place of the old one. That's what should be.
4. Start a new save game as your old saves will no longer appear in the game.
5. Check in CAS if your males are invisible.
