I downloaded a few new cc items and a mod yesterday and since then I cannot click on any other sim but my own. I can click on my surroundings as well, just not other sims. 
I went through my cc with the sims 4 mod manager and it doesn't show any issues. I really don't want to take my mods folder out and slowly add cc back in as that would take hours.

- EDIT SOLVED
The mod that was interfering was the Meaningful Weddings mod! I guess it was outdated! So for anyone who may have that downloaded as of now and is having the same issue, remove that mod and you'll be good to go 🙂
