Mods and CC Known Bugs and Issues: April 18th, 2023 Game Update

As you can see this is all I see when I try go to the gallery, I seen another post saying it's probably UI cheats or more columns, but I removed those and removed the entirety of my mods, deleted the cache and also repaired my game and it's still not working, any ideas what could be causing this? It was fine before recent update.

Edit: I tried seeing if it was different in CAS, but I can't even click it in cas... Idk what to do ;-;
