Upon updating after not playing for a while, I ran into a fairly odd glitch that causes any icon that features a model to have this sort of stretching or bleeding effect on the edges(Image below, Grunge Revival and Pastel Pop item list for reference.). At least in terms of small items as displayed in the Pastel Pop pack image, this bug makes some items nearly unidentifiable. I disabled all of my mods and had Steam check all of the files, so I'm at least assuming it's not a user caused issue. Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any recommendations?
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

As stated previously, my mods were entirely disabled when this happened, so moving them would make no difference (I even tried to be sure, moved them back and forth a few times after solving the issue and my mods caused no difference). However, deleting the thumbnail cache file seems to have solved it.
