anyway i dont know what to do. i think cc is causing the issue but i have so much idk what it could be and i dont want to delete ALL my cc. has anyone else had this issue? what helped or what cc/mods stopped it?

Check if you have More Traits In CAS by MizoreYuki and update it, this happens every minor patch is out
