What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except for a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure...when I play the gallery is still down..can't tell by update notes but it appears as though players are supposed to have access now? Just wondering if I should be able to be using it now but for some reason still can't.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try and open the gallery and instead get a white box with nothing but a bunch of w's on the top (it's been doing this since it's been down for maintenance)
What do you expect to see? Is the gallery supposed to be working now? If yes then I'd expect to be seeing it available to me; especially since I saw a post as of 6/2 about it now being open? This is several days later and I'm still having problems.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
