Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.158.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything available
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access the gallery at all it gives me an error which I have included a pic of.
What do you expect to see? The f******* gallery
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Happened after the “big gallery update”

I haven’t been able to access the gallery in like a month what the heck is going on?

    @wenelda This is usually caused by an outdated mod

      @crinrict That’s not my issue. I took out all my mods and I’m still having the same issue. I’m really tired of how you guys always blame mods because that has RARELY been my issue.

        @wenelda Multiple people have posted that the wwwww issue is due to mods. There's a few listed on the first page. Did you delete the localthumbcache file ? Did you try a factory reset ?
