Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Werewolves, Vampires, Pets
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well my account has this issue where it keeps saying game loading in progress and it stays there until I turn off the game. And it prevents me from doing ANYTHING. Ex, Saving my progress, build mode and social events.

What do you expect to see? Very little gameplay nothing to do I cant build or save my progress so I lose EVERYTHING.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

In the upper right corner of my screen that has build mode, whenever I click build mode or the gallery it says 'Game loading in progress' and it doesn't allow me to save my game or create another sim for my world. Edit)) The localthumbache file also won't delete so if in your reply you could tell me how to fix that, that would be awesome!

@idx0pc89ge9h Please remove your mods/cc and test if it works without them. Make sure to also delete the localthumbcache file, then test on a backup of your save.
