Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.158.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? 0 just cc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? Since yesterday i have been unable to access my game as the loading screen was loading for a while, today i have managed to force quit the game and analyse my mods- i deleted my recent cc downloads to see if that was the issue, and then i did a cc analyser which helped me to recognise which mods were broken/stray. i deleted them also. i managed to get onto the game and to my family but it is very glitchy. there is a phone call in which i cannot answer and the message is numbers. my income at the corner is morphed with other things and everything is misplaced. there is no option to quit so every time i go on to the game i have to force quit. i am unable to click on anything when on the game despite the main menu and on manage worlds. i can still see my sims move but i am unable to control anything.
What do you expect to see? i expect to be able to function my game and to click on options as well as the layout not to be glitched. i do not wish to uninstall the game and lose my mods and cc, i don't know what is causing the problem
