My Relationships tab bar UI is currently glitching! The relationship tab combines all the sims my sim knows under one person that glitches the relationship bar under the name "simLongName"

I was wondering if the mods I use caused this issue. I use mods such as BetterBuildBuy, ColorSlider (compatible for more columns), more columns (specifically 4), and MCCC command center, and CC as well, I have updated said mods to see if that's the problem, but the bar UI is still a mess. I've attached a photo as well

    ColorSlider was the reason for the "simLongName" problem for me...
