Please help!

Ive download sims 4 horse ranch

It wont load the world , 2 have appeared and when i click on either it just loads a white screen 

I have repaired the game and the problem is still there ?!

I am having this exact same problem. I've tried all the basic "Fixes", but nothing works so far.
