Game packs- my wedding stories, dream home decorator, journey to Batuu, Jungle adventure, parenthood, spa day, outdoor retreat. stuff packs- knifty livig, tiny living, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, vintage glamour, backyard, kids room, spooky stuff, cool kithcen, lux party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? upon traveling to the new world
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a white screen background instead of the map
What do you expect to see? the map. I'd like to be able to travel to the world.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I can't see Chestnut ridge. I just get a white screen. i've tried adjusting the graphics, making screen smaller etc. I have tried creating a new sim ( I have all the new stuff, i just cant get on to to map to the world ), i have tried traveling to the new world, moving a family to the new world.
I have taken out all mods and CC, Repaired the sims on EA app. The graphics on my laptop says it meets the requirments.
Do you have a mod called TOOL by TwistedMexi? For me, it was that and they released an updated version. If not, then it's another mod like that. I think they're called game file edit mods. It's not clothes or makeup or anything like that. Try searching the major gameplay mods that you have to see if there are updates, or try to remove those one by one and see if that fixes it for now.
