Mods and CC Known Bugs and Issues: July 18th, 2023 Game Update

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the community board in Chestnut Ridge and try take a job.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen freezes and goes grey so I have to restart the game every time
What do you expect to see? I should be able to take jobs without it freezing and having to restart my game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Very buggy. Other than having to restart my game each time I click the community board, the horses speech bubbles are usually blank too so I can’t get them to do much. 
is there anything that can be done for this? Tia x
