Again merge several mod related thread in here.

Please read the first post and if you need further help, post in here. Describe what you tried.

Do NOT move your mods back until you verified if an issue is happening without them or not. Just moving them and then moving them back does nothing.

The best approach is to rename your user folder.

I have tried this and none worked. I still have the same issue..
