i´ve been struggling with a issue for a long time now and haven´t seen anyone else with the same problem. My sims don´t seem to load properly, don´t know how else to explain, (see files/screenshots) the picture/icon (?) of the sims don´t show up as they should, only the emotion colour shows up and the rest is blank. I think this is a mod issue but all my mods are updated to match the latest update (july 2023, horse pack). I thought i fixed this issue when i updated my whole mods folder, deleting cc and everything else and then re-downloading different cc again but the problem is back now. And i don´t know what to do. I can´t save my game whenthis happens either. But the only time this doesn´t happen is when i have a household with only one sim in it.
I don´t know if this is any helpful information but my computer storage isn´t full either i have around 83.9 GB left that´s not used so don´t think it´s a storage issue either.
I don´t know if anyone will be able to help but i´m desperate at this point and really just want to play my game properly again.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
hi guys i have a new update about my situation I post the other day: turns out in my case is the expandable catalog of twisted maxi, as I expected the mod was last updated in march and haven't updated since so I have theory the game will work as normal if I remove it and it does. don't know about you guys but hope this help some how.
