Mods and CC Known Bugs and Issues: July 18th, 2023 Game Update

Hi. I do use mods & cc but i already tried it without and repaired the game and it still won't work. Better exceptions says theres an error within the action itself of trying to purchase the horse. I have no idea what to do next and i've been googling frantically looking to see if they have released a patch to fix it. I pre-ordered the pack and i'm so disappointed i've been unable to purchase horses in my decades challenge, after i moved them into a ranch. whats a ranch without horses? i don't know what to do honestly. I play on a macbook air so i use origin.
