Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Cats&Dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when you build a house or when you build a sims
What happens when the bug occurs? the problem appeared right after the last update when I was trying to build a house I realized that I can't because the images overlap and it's hard for me to select what I need because it's hard to use
What do you expect to see? the display looks as it should
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@namjoon_love Move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache.package in your user folder. Then test the game, if everything is ok, you should check your mods for updates.
