Mods conflicting with scenario task panel

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? enter live mode with mods installed and a scenario active
What happens when the bug occurs? the task panel for the scenario completely disappears /becomes very bugged
What do you expect to see? the scenario task panel and the tasks themselves.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The issue disappeared when I took away my mods, but I would still prefer to play with them. Is there any way to know which mod(s) is/are conflicting with the scenarios? I have MC Command Center, Slice of Life, Wonderful Whims, UI Cheats Extension, and various other CAS/ Build Mode CC. I also have a couple outdated mods, but the task panel was still bugged after I had removed them.
