Mods folder Issue

I downloaded sim 4 off the steam app onto my other hard drive. I started the game and everything and I even deleted the game and redownloaded it, the mods folder is no where to be seen and i really need someone's help because I haven't been able to find any help on google or youtube or anywhere. I really need help

You are looking at the program folder not the user folder. The install instructions for the mods you downloaded should have told you where that generally is but here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
