Mods Folder Not Working After 4/22 Update

My mods and mods folder are no longer working after the last update. My game doesn’t even make its own new mods folder after taking out or deleting a mods folder for the system to make a new one. I already had someone send me their empty mods folder with a new and working resource file, but it still didn’t work. I have reset settings, uninstalled, deleted and re-installed sims 4 and origin like 3-5 times, I renewed all the mod downloads. The Sims 4 is working by itself, but it won’t read a mods folder at all. This all started right after I installed the last update and started my game.😭 Never have I had this much happen after an update before 🫣
If I understand you correctly you say that your Screen Capture path is E:\yourusername\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Screenshots\ in which case your user folder will be E:\yourusername\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ and there you will find your Mods folder.
