You can not just create a mods folder somewhere. Here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Okay, I found out where it is going, but I want the game to go to a separate drive. How would I move the Sims 4 to that other drive?
