Mods have been removed
Im so depressed right now I just finished downloading over 500 mods and I have the sims mod updated and I guess it updated the game and it wiped all my mods that I spent hours downloading 😭😭please...

That isn't the actual file, it's a temp file of some sort, it begins with ~$. Did you double click on one of the mods to try and open it?
Is your Mods folder completely empty now?
