@Cirisimstarsi Having the same issues here! Really frustrating...
Have any of you checked if your security software is blocking Sims 4 or EA app and if so, added them as exceptions ?
You can also try deleting the gameversion.txt file and let the game create a fresh one, that usually temporarily fixes it until the next patch so it's best to weed out the source.

You do need to check your security software though. That's usually the culprit.@crincrict haha it's amazing how people aren't reading all your posts before, by your -I don't even know how many posts you had to write saying exact same bit of advice- anyone else would be hysterical by now and yet you stay calm 🥳
