Mods not saving in game options

As written in the tittle, my mods won't work. Let me be more specific: since the last update [novembre 1st], my game keeps telling me that it just updated which, as we all know, automaticly disables mods. The problem being that I tried to re-check the mods box in the options every time I reload the game, but the message keeps appearing. I thought it was a problem with the update, so I tired to "repear" but it didn't change anything. Also, my sister, who plays on another pc and different account, can use mods as usual.
I've tried everything I know to do... Could someone help me?
