Last night after playing the sims my game completely restarted itself. Everything was gone and now my mods won't work. I've tried everything i read including making a new mods folder in my sims 4 folder. please help.

@hailsm2 When you say everything is gone, do you mean your saves, saved households, and mods? Is it possible you're running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4?
Please also confirm that you're adding your mods to the correct folder, as in, the one the game is reading. Here's how to find it:

If you're not sure what to do, please list the full file path to that folder.
