mods not working macbook

So Ive been looking through all different kinds of answers but so far none of them have helped. Ive reset the game, enabled the right settings, made sure that the mods weren't being saved on my iCloud, and Ive even flat out restarted the game. I honestly have no clue what Im missing. Ive also made sure that the mods were compatible and the newest version. Any help will be greatly appreciated 🙂

    @XxXlemonsremoXxX  Your screenshots are almost impossible to read at that size.  If you're in a similar situation in the future, please post one at a time, and don't size them down at all if possible.

    I can't really tell what I'm looking at in the first screenshot, but the second one makes the problem obvious: your mods are in a Sims 4 folder on your desktop.  (Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Desktop > The Sims 4)  The mods need to be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.

    @XxXlemonsremoXxX  Please post a screenshot of your Mods folder.  Please also list the file path to the Mods folder: right-click on the folder itself, select Get Info, and copy and paste the info under Where.

    Thanks for getting back so quickly, here's the screen shots. Also this second screenshot was the only info I could find after I click on "get info"
