Mods stopped working

I've recently noticed that the mods that I have downloaded and installed in the last 3 days have not been appearing in the game. The mods previous to these days work perfectly fine and show up in the game. I don't know what happened. None of the mods conflict each other, so I'm really confused, 

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
