There’s a mod that I believe is coming out soon, I think it’s called Simnation Travel by adeepindingo, that makes it so, among other things, you have to have a passport and pay to go to far away worlds like windenburg. I can’t vouch for it, because the public release is in a couple of days, but her other mods I use al lot. ?
