Mods work fine eg. hairstyles/clothing, but sims don't show?

Mods work fine eg. hairstyles/clothing, but when downloading actual sims they don't show?

I have looked online and it says I have to save these under tray -> mods; instead of under mods with other content but neither of these work?

@emilypf4 When you download a sim, the files need to be directly inside Tray, not inside a Mods subfolder or inside the regular Mods folder. Make sure the files are unzipped as well.
