Mods/CC did something to the side bar

You will have to remove all of your mods and add them in one by one. You could try adding in a few at a time and then reopening the game and see if the problem is fixed. This will narrow down the mod causing the issue. You will then have to add each one back in until you find the mod that is the problem. UI Cheats always causes issues for me after a patch update. Do you have that one?
