sureee its kinda messy and I but it worked for me hahah sorry.
so the other screenshot of the folder in the mods folder is just empty there is not files in there so I just left it like this.
documents electronic arts sims 4 mods and I have another mods folder in there.
ill just try getting iCloud storage again and then see what happens thank you so much for all the help I was in distress hahah

You need to get everything out of iCloud. Lots of little cloud symbols in your folders there.
Also, looks like you have obvious duplicate folders, and lots of folders that it's not at all clear what's in them. You might want to do a general clean-out for duplicates, things that have names that are just garbled letters and numbers (these are often merged files that will give you duplicates and broken content), etc.
