Must Have Mods?

@Preslynn: i'm the same. i've looked at MC Command Center so many times but i'm seriously clueless and i know i will mess up.
i would like for townies to vanish, too. i don't need so many extra Sims when i have my own to fill the towns--and i never see them around because of the townie invasion.
also, to be able to manage how flirting/enemies made/contradictory interactions work. like a hug after rejecting romantic interactions, happy chatting after insults fly, stuff like that.
but TBH, i find most of these things (even properly searching for them) are way, way over my head.
