My baby in sims 4 keep waking up after few seconds

I don't own any pets in my household and I didn't put radio or any electronics that might wake my sims up. The baby's parents don't have any trouble sleeping until their energy is recharge completely but when it comes to the baby, she keeps waking up despite having low energy. I tried reseting debug and changing the bed but it doesn't help at all. What should I do to fix this?
