My cc isnt showing up

So ive trying to find a solution to this through other peoples similar problems. But some of my cc isnt showing up in game. I use a mac and am a legacy edition player. I have had a lot of cc before and my game showed everything. But i decided to just start over and know not all of my cc is showing up. Ive taken out the whole sims 4 legacy edition game file from documents and put my mods and cc in the new one. Ive deleted localthumbcahae (sorry i dont know how it ends.) I dont know if this is just a glitch because of the sdx drop today and my game doesnt know whats happening because i dont get them. But this was happening yesterday to. I also want to add that when you get the little pop when you open your game with all your cc it shows everyhting that is in my mods folder. But when i go into cas i only see a couple things. I also want to add that all my mods work.
