@LadyDavros Hello! Sorry you're having trouble. First thing you'll want to do is ensure custom content and mods are enabled. It seems obvious but you didn't mention that in your post. If you don't know how to do that click the three dot options button in the upper right, select game options and then select the other tab.
If CC and mods are enabled, then you may want to try clearing the cache and repairing your game. Exit the game, then go to your Electronic Arts / Documents / The Sims 4 folder and delete the localthumbcache.package file. After that, right click the game in Origin and select repair. Wait for the repair to run on all packs. When you open the game again, you might want to double check CC and mods are enabled. If you're still not seeing the CC, there may be another issue, so let us know.

I just tried that and it still did not work. Everything is enabled. I knew I was forgetting to mention something in the original post. My cas cc is all there and I am able to use it but still my cc for build mode doesn't show up.
@LadyDavros Oh no! That sux! Unfortunately, you likely have some outdated CC that is no longer compatible with the game. You mentioned having a lot of cc and not sure where it all came from. You may have to research those and see if there are any with more recent updates. You also mentioned WW and I'm familiar with that mod but not any CC related to it but you will most certainly need to ensure you have the most recent version of WW after the January game update. If you have any other mods, you should also check that you have the most recent versions. I just read the Better Build/Buy mod may no longer be compatible.
I thought about that, too, but everything was working fine for my step son and within the 2 minutes that I saved his game and went to mine everything stopped working. Plus, all the cas stuff still works as well as the items in build mode showing in the search bar when I look for something but everything being gone when I actually click it. I'm just so confused. I actually got WW and all of the cc for it after the latest update. I got most stuff from the sims resource but not all of it. I tried downloaded a random new cc and the same thing happened where it showed in my search but wasnt actually available.
