My community library doesn't work, and never has. How do I fix this?

So, I have been playing the Sims 4 for years now, and never have had access to the community library. It's really annoying since I would like to have a nice house without having to spend hours on bui...

@gamerismey 

Are you using the Legacy edition? If so that is why you do not have access to the online gallery. You wont be able to play with newer packs either.

I am not using legacy edition, I have some newer packs and they work.

    @gamerismey  Do you see the Gallery option at all in-game, and if so, what happens when you click on it?  Do you have a child account?  EA child accounts don't have access to online features.

      I don't think I got a child account, but am also not sure how to check this. My library in game is in the picture I included in this reply. It is in Dutch though so I'm sorry for that haha

        What you show is the online gallery. So why did you claim that you did not have access to it? Do you have some other problem?
