My downloaded CC isn't showing in my game!

I've been having some trouble opening CAS in the previous days so I tried to fix it - moving my mods folder to the desktop, using sims-mod-assistant, and so on, and it fixed the CAS (I could finally ...

    @hanuIa The two most common causes we see for this are these:

    1. You haven't got mods/CC enabled in Settings. Double check that. Some antivirus programs need exceptions added for this setting to stick, too.

    or

    2. You're using something like OneDrive or you tried to move where game info is stored and have ended up with two folders called "Mods", and the one you're trying to add CC to isn't the one the game is seeing.
