My Downloaded Sims game keeps saying it isn’t downloaded

I play the sims all the time and every time I get on the EA app my Sims game keeps saying “download” even though I already had it downloaded because I just played it! And all my save files are in the...

avocado_naii Where is Sims 4 installed, when it's installed, according to the EA App? You can see the location under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.

If it never shows as installed, even after you download it, you should be able to see the download location when you try to install it again.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
