My families disappeared
all the families I had on my account disappeared. They are no longer in my gallery and the households are empty. what do I do?

- @smallbeetoes Couple questions to get more info on the issue you're having. What do you mean by empty? Do you mean you're just missing the households in your library? Or are you also missing households in a current game save?
Also, what platform are you playing on, and did anything happen prior to this? For example, did you have to reinstall the game or move any folders, or do any system updates, etc?
