@puzzlezaddict Actually I think I might have found my issue, an outdated mod for the ceiling override.
@Meghanality Your crash log is missing, so let's start from the beginning. If you use mods or custom content, please move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
If that doesn't help, or you don't have any mods or cc, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

My apologies, it won't let me attach lastCrash file so I have to use Pastebin. I was able to attach the DxDiag normally though.
@Meghanality Pastebin has hidden this lastcrash too, with the error message "this is a private paste or is pending moderation." So maybe the site is reacting to something in the file. If you'd like to attach it here, you can do so by deleting the first line of the file and keeping it a .txt, or by creating a .rar file. You can also copy and paste the text into a reply; please use a spoiler tag if you do that.
At any rate, the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are access violations, too generic to point to any particular cause. One such cause is a bad mod or cc item, so please do test with no mods or cc, even if you have no intention of playing that way going forward. Please also delete all your lastcrash files and let the game create a new one with no mods or cc present.

I have noticed that it only happens when I have mods loaded. I tried a complete vanilla save and it didn't crash.
