My game is being weird

My sims 4 game was working completely fine before and now every time I go on my game the levels on my house is all messed up. Like Mt kitchen and living room are higher then my hallway. When I go into build mode and fix them to be level wirh my hallway or do anything, once I come out of build mode My works but the lower bar that usually sits at the bottom of your screen with your sims needs and etc just vanishes. I've tried moving my mods folder, repaired the game a couple times and deleted some cc I think could be broken. Nothing has worked
