@caylaclem Please test with no mods or CC to check if the issue is your mods/CC or not: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
If that works, we can work on figuring out what the cause is.

Just did the steps and I was able to move households with no crashing. Before removing my mods folder, I removed the most recent mods I downloaded and still had the crashing issue. I noticed some random .log, .dat, .json files in my mods folder, I deleted those and will try again, though it may not make a difference.
