My game says I own all packs

I have deleted the 1 pack I own and repaired my game but it still says I own all packs. Also, a mod I’ve downloaded says I need get to work to use a item and I have placed the item but my sim won’t go to the bathroom or shower which the owner of the mod says is a result of not owning get to work. (I downloaded pack and now I’m wondering if that’s the problem)

@g51zdd5nhwaz How did you delete the pack? For info on removing packs, see this post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/how-to-uninstall-a-game-pack-on-sims-4/m-p/12109576

Mods that require a particular pack really do need that pack. The mod function is calling on part of the pack code. If the pack isn't installed, that mod won't work.
