my game will not load even after clearing the cache

is anybody else having this problem or is it just me? i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the origin app and sims 4 i even repaired the game as well and clearing the cache and my game still will not loa...

unfortunately not. just tried it and it's still broken, any luck with yours?

    @a_coulter0987 i actually had to go through a lot. I had to Reset origin and uninstall sims and delete my mods folder but i found out it was some CC i downloaded before that caused it to crash. After i deleted it, it was working perfectly
